McSlarrow to leave cable and telecommunications group

NCTA head is credited with ‘more aggressive, market-based’ approach; indicates likelihood of new position within industry. Kyle McSlarrow, President and CEO of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association since 2005, announced Nov. 19 he will leave his post in the spring of 2011.
